Body Composition: Waist to hip ratio
Flexibility: Sit & Reach
Strength: Push-Up
Nutrition: Health Risk Assessment
Stress: Health Risk Assessment
You should have the following items available during the test:
Measuring tape
Yard stick
Stop watch
Polar heart rate monitor (optional)
The assessment will require you to do some walking, push-ups and stretching, so print out the instructions on the site and review the different elements of the tests. You can do these tests at your convienence and write down your results on the instruction pages. Then return to the website and enter your results to find out your body's true age -- and how to lower it.
