When I was in my 20s I had cellulite on the backs of my thighs. Then I started doing movement therapy, which literally changed the way I walked. I wasn't doing it for cellulite, but one day I noticed the cottage cheese look was, if not gone, drastically diminished (probably because moving in a new way improved the circulation to my skin.)
I’ve read all the articles that say it’s genetic and there’s nothing you can do about it. But with a personal experience like that, I don't care if there's no scientific evidence that you can treat cellulite.
I do think it's important to be aware that there are no quick fixes. You can't go get a cellulite treatment or slap on some cream and expect much change. But you can change your diet for the better, develop healthy habits like skin brushing , and yes, put thought and effort into how you actually walk and move. See if it helps. And even if it doesn't, you’ll probably feel better.
