An additional $10.00 late fee will be applied to your bill. More than 15 minutes late and the services will be adapted to time left and the full amount plus late fee will be charged. CHECK IN Please check in at the reception area 15 minutes prior to appointment time. This will accommodate some chit chatting, changing, selecting a polish or oil, and updating your information. CANCELLATION POLICY There is a minimum of 4 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a single appointment. Multi-service or multiple appointments and all packages require a full 24hrs notice to cancel or change in any way. All appointments are guaranteed with a credit card. If you fail to call or show, your card will be charged 100% of the services booked. GRATUITIES Are appreciated and, of course, are discretionary. Gratuities cannot be added to your credit cards.

Upstairs is a 7,000 square foot day spa offering natural body treatments, facials and massages in nicely decorated treatment rooms. The salon offers hair services such as hair cuts, styling and color and blossom and fruit strewn manicures and pedicures as well.

• AFTER SUN COOLING GEL TREATMENT: Too much sun today, come in to the shade, be soothed and revived at the same time. 35 mins
• COSTA RICAN RIVER MUD TREATMENT: Major detox, slatheringly delicious mud, great for starting a diet or hangover recovery. 40 mins
• DRY BODY BRUSHING AND SALT GLOW: Get under your skin, any dry or flaky bits, shed them before tanning. Follow up with a hot and steamy shower, excellent pre-massage/indoor tanning combination. 20 mins
• BAMBOO LEMONGRASS SCRUB:Zesty lemongrass and bamboo are blended to make this invigorating exfoliating scrub. Wake up your senses, follow with a delicious, moisturizing full body massage. 25 & 80 mins
• SUMATRA COCONUT BODY POLISH: Fresh coconut is blended with Sandalwood, jasmine, vetivert and clove, and gentle buffing grains to sweep away the skins surface cells, excellent for sensitive skin. New soft silky skin will emerge.....Delicious. 25 mins
