The Spa at Coeur d'Alene is designed to focus on the individual. Under the guidance of Spa Manager Sharri Siegwarth, programs, therapies and treatments are tailored to meet your individual needs and customized to achieve your goals. To accentuate the beauty within, to free you from the tension of today's lifestyle and to reinforce the skin's natural functions. From yoga and early morning workouts to antiage therapies and cellulite treatments, all programs are planned and implemented with a level of personal attention that make you feel like royalty.

The Spa features seven treatment rooms, a full service salon and a waterfront meditation room complete with herbal teas, relaxing music and a delectable spa lunch menu. Since water is the source of eternal renewal, the spa uses only all-natural products, produced in France by Phytomer and Sothys, to cleanse, balance, energize and beautify the skin. The Spa also offers a full fitness center with workout/cardiovascular equipment including step machines, treadmills, upright and recumbent bicycles, Nautilus Next Generation exercise machines and free weights. The center includes a junior-Olympic pool with lap lane, two Jacuzzi tubs, racquetball court, bowling lane, computerized golf, men's and women's locker rooms, and sauna/steam facilities.

SPA FACILITIES FOR RESORT GUESTS

The Spa fitness center pool, Jacuzzi tubs and workout/cardiovascular facilities are available to Resort guests at no charge. A nominal fee is charged for use of the bowling, racquetball and Full Swing facilities. The recreational center is open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The Spa hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday.

A la Carte Day Spa Services are available on individual, half-day and full-day programs for guests of the Resort by calling Extension 5000 on your in-room telephone.

NOTE: Please plan to arrive at the Spa 15 minutes prior to the start of your treatment so you may enjoy a cup of herbal tea and a steam.

SPA LOCATION
On the Resort's Lobby Level at the Fitness Center.

NON-RESORT GUESTS
For a daily membership fee of $ 10 per person, non-resort guests may use the fitness/cardiovascular facilities, attend scheduled fitness classes, and use the men's and women's locker rooms. The daily fee is waived with purchase of any spa treatment.

RESERVATIONS
We suggest making all service reservations a minimum of one week in advance. Call 800-684-0514 or 208-765-4000 Extension 5000, for all reservations and information. Resort guests may touch 5000 for "day of" or future scheduling.

CANCELLATIONS
To avoid a 50% charge on spa services reserved, cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your appointment. No-shows will be charged the full value of the services reserved.

DRESS CODE
The Spa is a co-ed facility. The locker rooms and treatment rooms are separate for men and women. Robes, slippers, shorts and t-shirts are provided as a complimentary service. Please wear them when not in the locker rooms.

PERSONAL TRAINERS
One-on-one instruction is available from our Exercise Institute fitness instructors. Ask for details.
