A full sushi menu is offered, but the cooked fish and seafood is great, too! | Herve Restaurant & Wine Bar (340-777-9703 ext.33) offers a wonderful view of Charlotte Amalie and the harbor from its location high above the city. The seafood bouillabaisse was out of this world. |
