The Hydro Massage Pool is a saltwater swimming pool fitted with strong underwater jets and is used for deep penetration massage. The seawater gives greater support to the body than fresh water, and strengthening exercises against the flow of the massage jets can be performed without fear of muscle strain. This treatment stimulates the circulation and encourages the release of toxins, breaks down adipose tissue assisting with the reduction of cellulite, stimulates the nervous system helping to release stored stress from the body's tissues and restores muscle tone. |
