Aqua Tone classes are held in the pool

The Oasis Temple is where the Master Class T'ai Chi QiGong was held during my visit.

The Fitness Studio holds classes such as Meditation, Yoga, Total Body Stretch, The Ab Lab, Fencing, LBT-Legs Bums Tums, Step Drill, QiGong, Caribbean Rhythms Dance Class, Pilates, and more.

The air-conditioned gym provides a full range of equipment as well as a personal trainer who will create a workout program personalized for you. Weight Training, Universal Weight Machines, Step Machine, Rowing Machine, Stationary Bicycle and Treadmills are available.

Many activities are offered at The Oasis.
