When I was in St. Lucia in 1994, I wanted to buy a coal pot but didn't know how to get it home without breaking it. The one I wanted was about two feet in diameter. I have regretted not getting it for eight years. This trip, I set my sights a little lower and brought home a coal pot that is about 10 inches in diameter. I love it! In St. Lucia, they put hot coals in the bottom and water and vegetables in the pot on top. |
