Whim is the oldest sugar plantation museum in the Virgin Islands. The Great House is one of a number of original early 18th century plantation buildings on the 12 acres of Whim Museum.

Fully restored windmill and sugar factory ruins. Sugar cane grows in one of the plantation gardens nearby. Sugar was grown on the plantation from 1754 to the 1920's.
