Ayurvedic
Pancha Karma Treatment
The
ancient science of Ayurveda emphasises the need to detoxify, cleanse, rejuvenate
and revitalise the body through the age-old practice of Pancha Karma. This
involves the role of Snenhan (application of oil and massage), and Swedan
(perspiring), bringing the doshas (constituents) and (toxins) to the superficial
level and eliminating them through the skin. Includes
