A half century ago, Turf Valley was a picturesque horse farm where fine thoroughbred galloped and grazed over the "turf." Nicholas and Mary Mangione purchased Turf Valley Country Club in 1978. The Mangione family nurtured Turf Valley from a private golf club to become the area's foremost catering establishment. Their dreams to build a hotel amid the golf courses was realized in 1988. |
