Condé Nast Traveller's (UK) World's Best Spas 2002

Results from the Reader's Travel Awards questionnaires which were inserted in the May 2002 issue of Condé Nast Traveller were sent to Market Management, an independent market-research company for analysis. 24 categories were judged, three of which were related to spas: Overseas Destination Spas, Overseas Hotel Spas, and UK Hotel Spas. Spas were rated on location, ambience/decor, environmental friendliness, service/staff, standard /comfort of accommodation, range of treatments, food/restaurants, facilities/equipment, and value for money. The top 100 percentages from all 24 categories were presented the Fifth Annual Reader's Travel Awards. Here are the spa winners:
