Guide Review

Less stress equals a happier work day. Spas are experts at stress reduction techniques. In "Office Spa," Zeer (author of Office Yoga COMPARE PRICES) takes activities and treatments offered at spas and translates them into easy exercises to derail the stress of the day at work. He suggests different activities for each day of the work week. Start at home with a pre-work morning mask or an apple cider scalp massage. Take a break at work with relaxing foot reflexology or use visual imagery - perhaps a special moment walking on a deserted beach. Have an herbal tea ceremony. Keep a pair of slippers at your desk. After work, create a post-work pampering bed retreat or cucumber foot and eye treatments. There are lots of simple ideas to try and the office is the best place to stop stress at the source.
