The biggest knocks on Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa are a dated spa, so-so services and pushy salespeople.
The spa is located on the 9th floor and offers massage, facials, body treatments and laser hair removal. Once a week a doctor comes in to offer Botox and fillers like Restylane and Juvéderm.
