Here's How:
- Set aside two hours when you won't be uninterrupted.

- Fill the bathtub with tolerably hot water and add your favorite bath gel or salts. (Recommendation: Crabtree & Evelyn Citrus or Aloe, Bath & Body Work's Stress Relief Mineral Bath Salts, Aromafloria's Sensual Harmony)
- Make sure a washcloth, nylon puff, and body wash is easily accessible from the tub. (Recommendation: Oil of Olay Moisturizing Body Wash)
- Attach an inflatable terrycloth pillow to the wall behind the tub.
- Take care of maintenance - pluck, bleach, remove fingernail polish, etc.
- Apply a facial mask.
- Dry brush entire body to exfoliate then rub exfoliating gel all over body. (Recommendation: Jurlique's OPC Tea Tree Body Exfoliating Gel)
- Get into the tub, lay back, rest head on pillow, and practice relaxation techniques for 10-15 minutes. Take a few deep, cleansing breaths, clear the mind of all outside thoughts and concerns, and mindfully tell the muscles to relax. Start with the face, move on to the neck, shoulders, and finish with the toes.
- Remove the facial mask with the washcloth.
- Put Oil of Olay Body Wash on the net puff and scrub all over. Use the foam to shave legs and underarms.
- Rinse off, get out of the tub, pat dry, and gently apply a moisturizing body lotion. (Recommendation: High Desert available from Enchantment Resort, Desert Essence Moisture Balancing Body Lotion with Jojoba & Rosemary, or St. Ives Swiss Formula Aloe Vera Therapy Lotion)
- Apply a moisturizing face cream. (Recommendation: St. Ives Swiss Formula Alpha Hydroxy Facial Renewal Lotion and Jurlique's eye gel to combat puffiness and dark circles)
