My Review

We went on a cruise for my birthday and stayed in a regular balcony room which was nice. Hubby treated me to a massage on my birthday. I asked if I could come early to relax in the facilities and they suggested I come at my appointed time. I did come a few minutes early to relax and was greeted and brought into an adequate sterile room. After trying to upsell my time into a hot stone massage, I tried to relax in a chilled room with very thin sheet on top of me. Hint - there are 'luxury sheets' out there - I've had them in local spas! After a brief body brush, which I was hoping did not leave scratch marks on my skin, my therapist continued my "Swedish Massage" by pulling out individual hairs while attempted a scalp rub. After a few 'ouches' she proceeded with a -yawn- massage. As soon as it was over she did give me about 45 seconds to redress prior to re-entering to shuffle me out. I really wished someone in the "AquaSpa" asked how my experience or massage was. And it was expensive.

It sounds like no one at the spa really cared.
